‘Imagine This’ Services

Imagine This Home Staging & Interior Redesign services are custom designed for each individual client. We do not have a “one size fits all” policy. We will work within your budget and time restrictions to create spaces that “feel home” and makes that critical first impression an unforgettable lasting impression. Our plans are designed to give you the “Seller’s Edge”! 

Initial Consultation + Action Plan 1 Hour

Our expert stager will meet with you to discuss your goals for the packaging of your home before it goes on the market. If your home is not generating enough interest and traffic after it has already been listed for sale, our consultation will be of great value to get that property moving. Our expert will, with your permission, take a thorough tour of the entire home using our “buyer’s eyes” to see what Buyers see. We will then use our “expert eyes” to develop a custom designed “Action Plan” that will highlight the positives and downplay the negatives of your home, thus creating a beautiful space that invites buyers in and emotionally connects them to the home. 

Consultation + Action Plan + Mini Transformation 2 Hours 

Same service as initial consultation with action plan, but with this package you will get a professional transformation of a small area in your home so that you can experience the art and benefit of staging firsthand. 

Half Day Staging & Redesign 4 Hours 

Our half day Staging / Redesign service is recommended for homes that are on the right track, but in need of a professional touch to give them universal appeal. An ‘Imagine This’ professional Stager/Redesigner will spend 4 hours transforming the key areas in the home, working from the custom action plan per our agreement. ITHS & IR will complete our staging/redesign agreement, and will leave you with the detailed Action Plan and professional tips for you to continue having fun on your own. If you are a redesign client, we will spend that time transforming the aesthetics of your home into an environment that is beautiful, pleasing and tranquil as well as functional and practical for your lifestyle. 

Full Day Staging & Redesign 8 Hours 

Our professionals will spend the entire day staging, staging, staging! We will stage all key areas of the home per our agreement. We will work from the customized action plan created for your home by ITHS & IR. This service is recommended for the home that needs a little extra help finding its “Buyer’s Appeal”. Don’t worry; we know where it is! Your home will show great! 

Complete Staging 2 Days 

Our professionals will spend 2 full staging days transforming the entire home, room by room. We will stage your home so that it makes sense to potential buyers. ITHS & IR will create emotional connection points that will welcome buyers and peak their interest in seeing everything your home has to offer. 

Open House / New Listing Staging

Imagine This Home Staging & Interior Redesign will use our Full Day Staging or our Complete Staging models to make your home a “Must See” item. 

Vacant Staging 

Our Professionals will turn that empty space into a Buyers dream. We will leave nothing to the buyer’s imagination. Our staging services include rental furniture and accessory selections, complete staging, coordinating delivery and pick-up of rental purchases as well as the de-staging of the home. Only 10% of home buyers can imagine the potential of a vacant home. With ITHS & IR staging techniques, we will give your vacant home a setting that buyers aspire to own. 

Shopping Services 

Imagine This Home Staging & Interior Redesign will shop with you or for you to purchase those items needed to complete the look of your transformations. We have a preferred vendor’s list that offers our company wonderful discounts that we are happy to share with our clients.
